I went to see Chan-wook Park's Stoker and really loved it. There is a definite nod to Hitchcock but Park has such a strong visual style all of his own.

Project Nim is a deeply affecting and at times upsetting tale of a chimpanzee taught to communicate with humans using sign language.
It is now on the i-player: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b01p0gtf/Project_Nim/

Watched this today.. Really cool film.

Its based on the true story of an ex-con employed as a carer for a French millionaire businessman and how they both change each others lives for the better. Real inspiring!
