I like Strangelove and acknowledge Seller's brilliance in it but for me it has to A Shot in the Dark. I love the Pink Panther movies and this is the best and funniest.

For me, it has to be A Shot in the dark.
When you're tired, and there's nothing in your head
When you're tired, and feel like going to bed,
Write what you're thinking, and you'll find,
You've left a special message behind.

Talking of Sellers I hear the Coen brothers are remaking The Lady Killers with Tom Hanks.

After The Fox for the comedic value, plus it co-starred his soon to be wife Britt Ekland as his 15 yr old daughter.. Victor Mature played an absolute send up of himself which was brilliantly done, tongue in cheek too. The Hollies did the title track as well.

Britt actually played his sister. She did look great. The Hollies and Burt Bacharach theme is fab.

I stand corrected guesty  I knew it was some weird kind of relationship they had in the film (considering they were married or soon to be).. :D

My favourite is surely The Party. Aaaaaah, that Claudine Longet...I'd happily take a bullet for/from her - know what I'm sayin'?
