Hours and hours of televised sky...fucking boring game, played 9 holes in Eastbourne once, just to be able to comment on it, it had rained a few days before and when I got hom, I looked as though I had been moto Xing or mud diving. Shit game, shit clothes and the 19th hole is full of dick heads!
Also have you seen the new equipment that has been made, the clubs are three times bigger as is the sweet spot on the club, a fucken three year old could knock a ball (which can also be adjusted to make it go farther now) 300 yds!!!!!!
There is only one problem with the younger generation. Many of us no longer belong to it!

Not a fan, although some Game Console / PC Golf games are good.

Wouldn't say I love the game but I do enjoy it. I play off a 5 handicap so I'm a reasonable standard.

A ridiculous 'sport' designed for dullards. If people choose to play it that's their problem, but why must I listen to descriptions of 'birdies' and 'eagles' on the'Today' programme. Totally bizarre.

Yeah. I used to play Football at county level until I got injured. I play a bit of Tennis and Squash too.

When I play golf, I always take a spare pair of trousers with me in case I get a hole in one.

i can vouch for muffins golf prowess. but i am curious what county he played footie for !!! i have seen him on the 5-a side pitch and any youngster who can get marked out of a game by a 40yr old overweight baldie who is now too slow to even make his infamous late tackles , well it must have been some county girls team.

Played for Bedfordshire mate. And you've only played with me after the injury. Still, we had some great games though didn't we.
