don't like it, but then i didn't care for man-made either..certainly with a title like 'shadows' they could have come up with something better, it's the music that matters though... sorry guys!

last few sleeves have been well dodgy.Sorry guys, the music was great though!
It reminds me of something else, cant think what. Bit "cold" and bleak, like Joy Division/Factory may have done. Interesting.

No I like it.

Reminds me of Simon Fraser university in Vancouver, but today it also reminds me a bit of Centre Point, with an NCP car park attendant hut attached!
I LOVE my TFC umbrella! :-)

I like it, with the fantasy architecture and the title it reminds me of Rachel Whiteread's cast of the interior of a house..

I thought the Man-Made sleeve was great. Best Fannies album sleeve of the lot for me. And the singles were nice too.

It reminds me some of orthogonal projections of solids, some used in building architecture...some like this

It'll look good on posters and in magazines - striking.

It also looks good as a networking site avatar

I love it.
I think a lot of the artist's other work is based around architectural drawings and isometric projections.
I like the way this one takes the 60s/70s building style and makes it look quite beautiful. As a native of Warrington (who's also worked in places like Livingston and Reading) it's nice to see that there is something that captures the hopeful side of these redeveloped "new towns" rather than the "look at the soulless concrete monstrosity" you usually hear.

That said, my first association with the Shadows sleeve was with those Warp Compilations from a few years back:

Maybe there'll be a Squarepusher remix of Baby Lee?

I'm not too keen on it. I think the Man Made and Howdy! sleeves were great though, especially the Removable Cloud on Howdy!

i like this cover. its a good one :D

i've felt this guys art (only seen one or two things right enough) instubstantial and not very engaging. a bit thought unprovoking. one time in a gallery as i stood in front of his work, i honestly thought, is he coming back to finish it, or what? he must be away for his lunch? but, maybe he was and it wasn't finished. I dunno. but anyway, it hasn't grabbed me all that much before. that is, untill now. the boys been on the weetabix this lunchtime. for this IS a great cover. :D
