Merry Christmas you old Message Board

The genius of Teenage Fanclub is very evident in a music/video sync of TFC's album "HOWDY" and the 1946 Frank Capra movie, "IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE". The band appears to even hint at this sync with the choice of b-sides and other cover songs released around the time of the album's release, including "Here Comes Your Man" by the Pixies (Joey Santiago of the Pixies is a huge Frank Capra fan which influenced the name of the band), "Christmas Eve" by the Gorky's (the movie is full of stars and the story takes place on Christmas Eve), The Beatles' "Tell Me What You See", and the bands own contributions "On this good night", "I Lied", "Thaw Me", and "One Thousand Lights".

To make the sync work, start Teenage Fanclub's "Howdy" and the Frank Capra movie "It's a Wonderful Life" at the same time. Howdy should be set on repeat. "It's a Wonderful Life" begins when the Republic Pictures (color) banner has faded to black. At this time you should press play on the CD player to start "Howdy". The first song, "I Need Direction", should begin (sync) at the same time as the Liberty Films banner appears (ringing bell). The album will play all the way through, then repeat twice finishing as the 9th song ends for the third time in sync with the Liberty Films banner (ringing bell) again appearing and then fading to grey. This is rather simple. It takes 2 hours and 12 minutes. See the next two posts in this thread for the complete sync.

Here's a code for you to use to decipher my notes:

You were going round the bend
And looking for a friend
[Potter talking about loan George made to his friend, Ernie - 94]

In the maze of your mind
Did it feel like the end of the road

Cigarettes they burnt your fingers
[B&L officer smoking at Board table - 95]
You were weak and you were sore
But still you had to score

When they found you in the basement
You were face down on the floor
And you could take no more
[George defending his father's name from the Potter verbal attack - 96]

CUL DE SAC

All over this town
Among the buildings
And amid the sound

Got no expectation
No shadow to cast
[George has no life of his own - 100]

And it's no good it's no good it's no good
[It's no good for George, he makes another sacrifice and is stuck at the B&L - 104]

It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
[It's no good for Uncle Billy, as he drunkenly stumbles into garbage cans/off camera - 105]

[George looking at travel brochures - 108]
(Realizing's a slow fade from thought to being)
The waking world is full of cynics' sighs

I'll stay in bed until I stabilize

I try to write this song
To move my life along
I know what I dream of
I'll save my life for love
[George's mom talks of George and Mary - 109]

Hidden meanings don't need to hide
[George's mother tells him that she knows Mary likes him - 110]

(If the truth's overdue I know you'll remind me)
If the truth police are sniffing out a lie
[George says he "can see right through you" his mothers intentions about Mary - 111]
(I've done nothing in life I can't put behind me)

[Foreshadowing Pottersville turning into a potters field - 162]

My life feels so worthwhile
When I go where you send me
When I can't find a smile
You've got one to lend me

My life feels so worthwhile
When I go where you send me
When I can't find a smile
You've got one to lend me

What I don't see will sometimes find me
The truth is not what love will blind me to

My life feels so worthwhile
[Building Bailey Park (affordable housing) - 163]
When I go where you send me
When I can't find a smile
You've got one to lend me

My life feels so worthwhile
When I go where you send me
When I can't find a smile
You've got one to lend me

My life feels so worthwhile
When I go where you send me
When I can't find a smile
You've got one to lend me

My life feels so worthwhile
When I go where you send me
When I can't find a smile
You've got one to lend me
[Potter plays opossum - false praises for George (buttering him up) - 164]

DUMB DUMB DUMB

Its been playing on my mind
I don't want to waste your time
And the thought of you is tearing me apart

Had a name but now that's gone
I don't know where I went wrong
Now I'm all alone and drifting in the dark

Take me back to what I know
[Bailey vs Potter instead of Potter & Bailey partnership - 165]
Cos I don't know where to go
And I'm finding it so hard to stay in tune

But it's hard to comprehend
Getting closer to the end
And I hope that I'll be feeling better soon
[Potter describes George as frittering his life away - 166]

Now I'm just a fading light
But I want to feel alright
And I hope that you can help me through the days
[Potter says he wants to hire George - 167]

And I find it hard to sleep
Cos I sold myself so cheap
[Potter offers a salary of $20,000 for three year contract - 168]
Do you think about me when I go away.
[George asks Potter for 24 hours to think over the deal - 169]

THE TOWN AND THE CITY

Feels good to be here again
[Music change - drums, George shaking Potter's hand, comes to his senses, tells Potter "No, No" - 170]
In the cool air and the driving rain
In the first light that morning brings
High five to future things

Chance is waiting just outside the door
[George closes the bedroom door - 171]
Arrange the space because change is heading here for sure
[Unknown to George, Mary is pregnant - 172]
If you can't see it right away
You've got to listen, you've got to listen
[George's thoughts can be heard - 173]
Don't just walk away
Listen for what you're missing
Because this light feels alright
[Mary in bed, sings "Buffalo Gals", "won't you come out tonight and ..." - 174]

The high-rise in the setting sun
Progress that has just begun
[George kisses Mary in bed - 175]
The new life that tomorrow brings
High five to future things
[Mary tells George she's pregnant - 176]

Motion stopped the wheels from turning round
Silence called but I've been tangled up in sound
If you can't hear it right away
You've got to listen, you've got to listen
Don't just walk away
[Angels state George doesn't leave the B&L / George is seen walking away from camera - 177]
Listen for what you're missing
[Angels talk about Mary having several children - 178]
Because this light feels alright

THE SUN SHINES FROM YOU

Even when the world is grey
[George fought the Battle of Bedford Falls / is 4F - 179]
I go where I wanna go, I'm okay
Rainy skies don't cloud my mind
I do what I wanna do, do what I wanna do

I don't know anything but I
Say what I wanna say, say what I wanna say
Know that I want you
The sky in my mind is always blue
In my world the sunshine is from you
[It's sunny outside in the snow / Newspaper says Harry gets Medal of Honor - 180]

Often I know I don't see
The waves of love that wash over me
[Mr. Gower runs to greet George - 181]
Your love is a paradigm
For a man just looking for the next cheap rhyme
Visualizing paradise is a
Thing I don't wanna do, a thing I don't wanna do
But I know that I want you

The sky in my mind is always blue
In my world the sunshine is from you
[George on the phone with Harry, George is happy - 182]

Life traces the line in space between
What's gone and what's gonna be
Time chases me, my mind races
To find the place where I wanna be

The sky in my mind is always blue
In my world the sunshine is from you

Know that I want you
Know that I want you

STRAIGHT & NARROW
[Harry Baily wins the Congressional Medal of Honor - 183]

You were on the straight and narrow
You were going round the bend
And looking for a friend

Well you took off optimistic
[Uncle Billy bragging to Potter, took off optimistic and forgot the $8,000 - 184]
But you landed on your head
And now you're walking dead

What did you find
In the maze of your mind
[Uncle Billy thinking, searching looking for money - 185]
Did it feel like the end of the road

Cigarettes they burnt your fingers
[Clerk says to Uncle Billy, "How ‘bout that finger there?" - 186]
You were weak and you were sore
But still you had to score
[Potter found the money Uncle Billy misplaced - 187]

When they found you in the basement
You were face down on the floor
And you could take no more

What did you find
[Uncle Billy searching for money in trash can - 188]
In the maze of your mind
Did it feel like the end of the road

Didn't need a second warning
When you saw the others die
You couldn't even cry

CUL DE SAC

[Clock reads 2:51 - 189]
Should I just keep rolling
[Violet to leave Bedford Falls for New York with help from George - 190]
All over this town
Among the buildings
And amid the sound
Feels like I've been wading
[Uncle Billy wading through papers trying to find missing money - 191]
This whole season through
Motivation is fading too

Got no expectation
[George asking Uncle Billy what he did with money - not judgmental - 192]
No shadow to cast
No reputation's prepared to last

Free to just keep going
And wander on through
The sleeping streets
In the morning dew

And it's no good it's no good it's no good
[Uncle Billy can't remember what happened to the money - 193]
And it's no good it's no good it's no good
[George becomes angry and loses cool with Uncle Billy - 194]

Seems like I've been waiting
This whole season through
[Christmas season at Bailey house - Janie's playing piano - 195]
Compensation is overdue
[George clearly in need of compensation - 196]

And it's no good it's no good it's no good
And it's no good it's no good it's no good
And it's no good it's no good it's no good
And it's no good it's no good it's no good
[Janie's piano playing is no good - 197]

It's no good
[George snaps at his family - 198]
It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
It's no good

[Scene change to music - 199]
MY UPTIGHT LIFE

The morning sun opens up my eyes
(What I see is the same world I know you're seeing)
[George describes drafty house to Mary - 200]
My dreams are real until I realize
(Realizing's a slow fade from thought to being)
The waking world is full of cynics' sighs
(Cynicism's a box I don't want to be in)
I'll stay in bed until I stabilize
[George goes up to see Zuzu in bed - 201]

I try to write this song
To move my life along
I know what I dream of
I'll save my life for love

Hidden meanings don't need to hide
(When I hide from the world you're the one who'll find me)
[George hides Zuzu's pedals in his pants - he'll eventually find them - 202]
They don't need screening from the world outside
(If the truth's overdue I know you'll remind me)
If the truth police are sniffing out a lie
(I've done nothing in life I can't put behind me)
I'll use my life as an alibi

Meaning is something I got from you
Whenever I lost the plot you knew
What is it I haven't got
When I've got you
[George's family and friends - 203]

Meaning is something I got from you
Whenever I lost the plot you knew
What is it I haven't got
When I've got you

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.
[Not alright for George as he destroys his model bridge - 204]

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.
[George apologizes to family - 205]

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.
[George again apologizes - 206]

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.
[Children pray for their father - 207]

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.

All my life
I felt so uptight
[George tells Potter that he misplaced $8,000 - taking the responsibility - 208]
Now it's all alright.

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.

IF I NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN

[George mentions that he has some life insurance - 209]
If I never see you again
You will stay in my mind
If I never see you again
You will stay in my mind

We've only got a lifetime
We've only got a lifetime
[Potter to George, "You're worth more dead than alive" - 210]

If I never see you again
You will stay in my mind
If I never see you again
You will stay in my mind

We've only got a lifetime
We've only got a lifetime

We've only got a lifetime
We've only got a lifetime

I CAN'T FIND MY WAY HOME

[Tollhouse attendant asks Clarence where he comes from. Clarence, "Heaven" - 224]
I can't find my way home
It's always there when I'm gone
Stuck in time since I moved on

What I've got is what's here
[George has a busted jaw - 225]
What you say is what I hear
Far away life don't come near

Where I go, I go
[Tollhouse attendant leaves - 226]

What I know, I know
And I know where I belong

My mind's made up and I know why
Doubts cloud up my blue sky

[Season: Snowing (See the seasons change - Notes 17 and 144) - 227]

But now your life (is on the line) is on the line
(You can stay inside) you can stay inside
(But you're out of time) you're out of time

You can't reason in your condition
And now you see life as a mission
Maybe I know what your missing
Tell me what you're going through

All your problems are distractions
Still waiting for the main attraction
And you're looking for a way out
[George orders a drink - 234]

Somewhere tonight the stars still shine
Somehow I've got to re-align

Cos I don't know where to go
And I'm finding it so hard to stay in tune

But it's hard to comprehend
Getting closer to the end
[Closeup - George is lost/confused 261]

That was just for you Doug.

For the rest of you, this sync is far better than the Pink Floyd "Dark Side of The Moon"/"Wizard of Oz" sync.

Re: Merry Christmas you old Message Board

Postby wwwwwwwwwwhat? on Mon Dec 20, 2004 11:27 am

Nicene Creeder wrote:The genius of Teenage Fanclub is very evident in a music/video sync of TFC's album "HOWDY" and the 1946 Frank Capra movie, "IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE".

Far away life don't come near
[Don't go near the ice -12]

And I know where I go wrong
[Potter appears in a carriage - 13]

And I know where I belong
[George, as child, at work in Gowers Drugstore with Mary - 14]

My mind's made up and I know why

Where I go, I go
[Violet gets down from the stool without George's help - 20]
And I know where I go wrong
What I know, I know
And I know where I belong
[George shows Mary a copy of National Geographic: where he wants to be: Tahiti - 21]

Where I go, I go
[George bends down to scoop ice cream for Mary; Mary whispers her love in his bad ear - 22]
And I know where I go wrong
What I know, I know

And I know where I belong
[Music changes when George reads that Mr. Gower's son has died; "Ask Dad" and again when George realizes that Mr. Gower's confused medicine with poison - 24]

ACCIDENTAL LIFE

[Music changes when George appears in front of B&L - 25]
Give in to me now I want you
I know the past comes back to haunt you
There are satellites in heaven
Watching everything you do
["Bank examiner"; as well as the angels in the heavens (Clarence, Joseph, et al) - 26]

This is a battle that you're losing
[Peter Bailey arguing with Potter - 27]
And life was never more confusing
Now you're looking for a way out
Of your accidental life
[Potter in his wheelchair, Potter talks of the B&L being a Charity Ward - 28]

But now your life (is on the line) is on the line
(You can stay inside) you can stay inside
(But you're out of time) you're out of time

You can't reason in your condition
[George's father excuses him from meeting with Potter - 29]
And now you see life as a mission
[George knows he must do the right thing (goes on a mission) - 30]
Maybe I know what your missing
Tell me what you're going through
[George returns to the drug store and sees Mr. Gower - 31]

All your problems are distractions
[Mr. Gower's sons death distracted him leading him to put poison in the pills - 32]
Still waiting for the main attraction
[Mr. Gower slaps George for not delivering medicine (poison) - 33]
And you're looking for a way out
Of your accidental life
[George explains to Mr. Gower the mistake he accidentally made - 34]

But now your life (is on the line) is on the line
(You can stay inside) you can stay inside
(But you're out of time) you're out of time
[Mr. Gower's future life was on the line as he tastes the poison - he apologizes to George - 35]

But now your life (is on the line) is on the line
(You can stay inside) you can stay in side
(But you're out of time) you're out of time
[Song ends with a freeze frame on George, now as an adult - 36]

NEAR YOU

[Picture unfrozen when intro is broken with cymbals - 37]
I should get out of this seat
Feel the world beneath my feet
[George wants to see the world, buying luggage, gets surprise gift from Gower - 38]
Strive to see more of the sun
Try to change what I've become

Move on up
[George picks up his luggage - 39]
Through this down
[George puts it down - 40]
Take this luck
[George grabs the cigar liter saying, "I wish I had a million dollars" - 41]
And turn it around
[Luck turned around is bad luck for George - 42]

I get near you but I never seem to reach you
I get near you but I never seem to reach you
Reach you
[Violet walking by, smiles at George, Bert & Ernie flirting with him - 43]

Somewhere tonight the stars still shine
[Violet prances across the street, man crossing street almost run over - 44]
Somehow I've got to re-align
Fueled by the promise of the sun
[Bert checks his watch to find the time - 45]
Pulled by the charm this night has spun

Move on up
[Annie tapping the ceiling/2nd story floor with the broom handle, George's mother looks up - 46]
Through this down
[Mother pours water, George's father looks down - 47]
Take this luck
And turn it around

I get near you but I never seem to reach you
I get near you but I never seem to reach you
Reach you
[George and Harry drop their mother into father's lap - 48]

I get near you but I never seem to reach you
I get near you but I never seem to reach you
Reach you
[George reaches for plate - 49]
Reach you
[George reaches for a muffin offered to him from his father - 50]
Reach you
Reach you

HAPPINESS

Don't know what I want to do
My laziness 'll see me through
Happiness is all I need
[George dining with his father - 51]
The truth is never guaranteed
[George talks of what it is that he wants to do, build things, etc. - 52]

I'll let my state of mind content me
'til I know where my life has sent me to
[George's father asks George to return to the B&L - 53]

All day long is long enough
To fill my head with useless stuff
[Annie listening in though there was anything worth listening to - 54]
Wisdom sometimes comes my way
Stolen from the words you say

I'll let my state of mind content me
[George talks about how he would lose his mind working at the B&L - 55]
'til I know where my life has sent me to

My life feels so worthwhile
[George's father talks about the importance of what the B&L stands for - 56]
When I go where you send me
When I can't find a smile
You've got one to lend me

My life feels so worthwhile
When I go where you send me
[George talking to his dad about friends off at college - 57]
When I can't find a smile
You've got one to lend me

What I don't see will sometimes find me

My life feels so worthwhile
When I go where you send me
[George goes to the dance - 58]
When I can't find a smile
[Sam says, "Hee Haw" all smile - 59]
You've got one to lend me

My life feels so worthwhile
When I go where you send me
When I can't find a smile
You've got one to lend me

My life feels so worthwhile
When I go where you send me
When I can't find a smile
[George greats a smiling Mr. Partridge - 60]
You've got one to lend me

And the thought of you is tearing me apart
[Marty introduces George to Mary - 65]

Had a name but now that's gone
I don't know where I went wrong
Now I'm all alone and drifting in the dark
[George dances with Mary, Freddie Othello is left all alone - 66]

Take me back to what I know
["Little girl named Mary Hatch" - 67]
Cos I don't know where to go
And I'm finding it so hard to stay in tune
[Charleston music begins - 68]

But it's hard to comprehend
Getting closer to the end
And I hope that I'll be feeling better soon
[George and Mary start dancing the Charleston - 69]

Now I'm just a fading light
But I want to feel alright
And I hope that you can help me through the days

And I find it hard to sleep
Cos I sold myself so cheap
Do you think about me when I go away.
[Music fades when George and Mary fall into pool - 70]

THE TOWN AND THE CITY

Feels good to be here again
[Mr. Partridge, the school principal, dives into the pool as the drums start - 71]
In the cool air and the driving rain
In the first light that morning brings
[Moon light is the first light, as George and Mary sing "Dance by the light of the moon" - 72]
High five to future things

Chance is waiting just outside the door
[A gate is visible - 73]

[George and Mary speak of her getting older - 74]
If you can't see it right away
You've got to listen, you've got to listen

[George and Mary can be seen, Mary walks away slowly - 75]

Progress that has just begun
[George moves in to kiss Mary after she offers her hand to George - 76]

[Mary throws a rock and breaks a window - she doesn't reveal her wish - 81]
Because this light feels alright
["Dance by the light of the moon" is sung again: The Sun Shines From You - 82]

THE SUN SHINES FROM YOU

Even when the world is grey
I go where I wanna go, I'm okay
[Mary runs off and hides in the hydrangea bushes, she lost her robe - 83]
Rainy skies don't cloud my mind
I do what I wanna do, do what I wanna do
I don't know anything but I
[George, "Okay, I give up. Where are you?" - 84]
Say what I wanna say, say what I wanna say
Know that I want you
[George teases Mary, doesn't give back the robe - 85]
The sky in my mind is always blue
[George thinking about the situation with Mary in the bushes - 86]
In my world the sunshine is from you

Often I know I don't see
The waves of love that wash over me
Your love is a paradigm
For a man just looking for the next cheap rhyme
Visualizing paradise is a
Thing I don't wanna do, a thing I don't wanna do
But I know that I want you

The sky in my mind is always blue
In my world the sunshine is from you
[Close up of Mary as George departs/father has a stroke - 87]
[Music shift as scene changes to B&L - 88]

Life traces the line in space between
[George's father is dead - 89]
What's gone and what's gonna be
[Foreshadowing George taking over the B&L - 90]
Time chases me, my mind races
To find the place where I wanna be

The sky in my mind is always blue
In my world the sunshine is from you
[B&L Board talking about George's father - 91]

Know that I want you
[Potter: "Peter Bailey was the Building & Loan" - 92]

STRAIGHT & NARROW

You were on the straight and narrow
[George and all the characters minus Potter - 93]
You were going round the bend
And looking for a friend
[Potter talking about loan George made to his friend, Ernie - 94]
Well you took off optimistic
But you landed on your head
And now you're walking dead

What did you find
In the maze of your mind
Did it feel like the end of the road

Cigarettes they burnt your fingers
[B&L officer smoking at Board table - 95]
You were weak and you were sore
But still you had to score

When they found you in the basement
You were face down on the floor
And you could take no more
[George defending his father's name from the Potter verbal attack - 96]

What did you find
In the maze of your mind
Did it feel like the end of the road

Didn't need a second warning
When you saw the others die
You couldn't even cry
[George describing what Potter thinks of people - 97]

CUL DE SAC

Should I just keep rolling
[George tells Ernie to wait in the taxi for him - 98]
All over this town
Among the buildings
And amid the sound
Feels like I've been wading
This whole season through
Motivation is fading too
[Close up on George as he is appointed Executive Secretary of B&L - 99]

Got no expectation
No shadow to cast
[George has no life of his own - 100]
No reputation's prepared to last
Free to just keep going
And wander on through
The sleeping streets
In the morning dew
And it's no good it's no good it's no good
[We see Harry and Ruth for the first time departing from the train - 101]
And it's no good it's no good it's no good
[Harry announces he married Ruth - George and Uncle Billy say, "Howdy" - 102]

Seems like I've been waiting
This whole season through
Compensation is overdue
[Harry's been offered a job by Ruth's father - Harry's supposed to take over B&L - 103]

And it's no good it's no good it's no good
And it's no good it's no good it's no good
And it's no good it's no good it's no good
And it's no good it's no good it's no good
[It's no good for George, he makes another sacrifice and is stuck at the B&L - 104]

It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
It's no good
[It's no good for Uncle Billy, as he drunkenly stumbles into garbage cans/off camera - 105]
[Uncle Billy, "I'm alright, I'm alright", foreshadowing My Uptight Life - 106]

MY UPTIGHT LIFE

[Music change corresponds to scene change, George tosses match to drum - 107]
The morning sun opens up my eyes
(What I see is the same world I know you're seeing)
My dreams are real until I realize
[George looking at travel brochures - 108]
(Realizing's a slow fade from thought to being)
The waking world is full of cynics' sighs
(Cynicism's a box I don't want to be in)
I'll stay in bed until I stabilize

I try to write this song
To move my life along
I know what I dream of
I'll save my life for love
[George's mom talks of George and Mary - 109]

Hidden meanings don't need to hide
[George's mother tells him that she knows Mary likes him - 110]
(When I hide from the world you're the one who'll find me)
They don't need screening from the world outside
(If the truth's overdue I know you'll remind me)
If the truth police are sniffing out a lie
[George says he "can see right through you" his mothers intentions about Mary - 111]
(I've done nothing in life I can't put behind me)
I'll use my life as an alibi
[George mentions B&L to his mother - 112]

Meaning is something I got from you
Whenever I lost the plot you knew
[George's mother points him in the direction of Mary's house -113]
What is it I haven't got
When I've got you
[Possibly refers to all of George's friends and family - 114]

Meaning is something I got from you
[Close up on George's mother - 115]
Whenever I lost the plot you knew
What is it I haven't got
When I've got you
[Violet sees George, and says, "I think I've got a date" - 116]

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.
[Violet becomes uptight as George talks of walking in grass in bear feet and climbing Mt Bedford - 117]

All my life
I felt so uptight
[George embarrassed by Violet's outburst - 118]
Now it's all alright.

All my life
I felt so uptight
[George uptight walking in front of Mary's house - 120]
Now it's all alright.
[Mary speaks to George, breaking the ice, he seems relieved - 121]

I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.

Now it's all alright.

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.
[Mary puts up painting and puts on music for George - 123]

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.
[George kicks in the gate and tosses his stick after kicking open gate (to guitar) - 124]

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.
[George says, "alright" - 125]

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.

All my life
I felt so uptight
Now it's all alright.
[George, uptight, says marriage is "alright" for Harry and Ruth and... - 126]

IF I NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN

If I never see you again
You will stay in my mind
If I never see you again
You will stay in my mind

We've only got a lifetime
We've only got a lifetime

If I never see you again
You will stay in my mind
[Mary holds her head, thinking of George - 127]
If I never see you again
You will stay in my mind

We've only got a lifetime
We've only got a lifetime

We've only got a lifetime
We've only got a lifetime
