Songs that stop and start again: are they all good?
T.V. Eye. Check.
Suspicious Minds. Check.
I Could Never Take the Place of Your Man. Check.
White Punks On Dope. Check. (Even the Nina Hagen terrifying German cover.)

Most obvious one's Make Me Smile (Come Up And See Me). The Wedding Present cover version used to catch me out every time down at the discotheque.
The best way to waste time is to fill it. If you can read this, congratulations on your Légion d'Honneur.Image

is the stop in the bridge of sparky's dream too short to count? other than that, there's aerosmith's spandex-tastic living on the edge and bob dylan's 115th dream.

Destination Venus by the Rezillos
If this were the Seine, we'd be very suave;
But it's just the rain, washing down the boulevard.

Someday on the new Embrace album. Just before the whispered 'Yeah!'. Deliciously spine-tingling.

I saw these supporting Ned's Atomic Dustbin in the early nineties, I don't remember thier songs but I remember thinking they were rather good. Incidentally, the Ned's Kill Your Television stops and statrts about a dozen times, is this a record?
Bless my heart and soul, I'm already there
